“We want influence, stable conditions and the possibility to get omställningsstöd,” Union’s chairman Sen Kanner stated.

Interestingly, Klarna’s CEO, Sebastian Siemiatokowski, is skeptical about the unions’ claims. He argues the current working conditions are already good for employees, petitioning the actual necessity of a collective bargaining agreement.
