Dead Man Found in Water at Parliament Building

Body Found in Water Near Swedish Parliament

On the morning of Monday, June 15th, a body was found in the water close to the Riksdag building in Stockholm. The alarm was raised by a member of the public, and the local police are currently investigating the case.

Identity of Deceased Unknown

The call came in at 09.38am, and the body was found in Norrström, a short distance from the Riksdag House. At this stage, the identity of the deceased is still unknown and there is no further information about what happened. The police spokeswoman Carina Skagerlind only commented that it was the public who alerted them to the body in the water.
